Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package for transit.

  Package Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
